There are reports of unrest in Lubumbashi today, with the house of a local politician and business man Mr Muyambo being the centre of the attacks. The property appears to be coming under attack by the local population and there is a large military presence. There are reports of roads being blocked with burning tyres. It is difficult to tell as this stage what is the reality of the situation. What appears to be a seperate Lubumbashi incident is reported on the Radio Okapi weblink below.
